Translation: You’re ordering something that doesn’t exist yet, so it’s going to take some time. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping, but hey, miracles do happen sometimes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We mean it. No refunds. No exchanges. No take-backsies. Please read this thoroughly before you decide to commit.
SHIPPING
- Worldwide shipping is available because we believe everyone deserves a shot at cool stuff.
- Flat-rate shipping for all orders. International customers, heads up: Duties and taxes are your responsibility. (We’re not your government, and we don’t have control over their demands.)
ORDER PROCESSING
- Pre-order timelines are clearly listed in the product description. If we say it takes time, it takes time. Patience is a virtue—if you lack it, this might not be the shop for you.
- No timeframe listed? Then your order will ship within 2-3 days, barring any postal service chaos.
- Production delays can happen, but we’re just as annoyed by them as you are. If waiting makes you that mad, maybe rethink this whole thing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Pre-orders: Nope. Nada. Zilch. No refunds or exchanges—these are made to order.
- Got a defective product or received the wrong item? Contact us via email, and we’ll fix it like responsible humans.
